Judy founded Edge HR Consulting to offer integrated human resources solutions and services to businesses of all sizes, as well as career management coaching to individuals. With over 25 years of diverse HR experience, Judy has a broad range of expertise in business transformation, career coaching, talent acquisition, training and development, policy design, performance management, employee relations, and talent engagement. Over her career she has interviewed thousands of candidates, so she brings a unique perspective to what a corporation is looking for in a successful candidate. She has developed and implemented effective HR strategies for Fortune 500 companies, providing leadership and counsel to senior management and individuals. She established the talent acquisition function in Canada for a multi-national organization, leading a team of specialists to source, attract and assess top talent. She has also developed innovative campus recruitment strategies targeted towards new graduates. With an emphasis on collaboration, Judy is a trusted strategic business partner focused on aligning practical solutions with our clients’ needs.
Prior to founding Edge HR Consulting, Judy held leadership human resources positions across multiple industries including consumer packaged goods, pharmaceuticals, medical devices and manufacturing. She is a former instructor of various human resources accreditation courses at Humber College and Seneca College. A graduate of York University, she has a Certified Human Resources Leader designation from the HRPA.
Robert (Bob) brings over 25 years of practical human resources expertise to Edge HR Consulting. Prior to joining the consulting practice, he spent the majority of his career in a global consumer packaged goods organization, holding a variety of HR and Operations leadership positions. Bob was a critical member of the management team, spearheading transformative organization design and developing effective leadership training programs. Bob was instrumental in developing innovative union agreements leading to progressive partnerships.
As a consultant, Bob has provided support to a diverse client group from manufacturing, healthcare and education industries.
Bob is a highly respected HR professional with deep business knowledge. He has a proven track record of partnering closely with clients to identify, design, and implement impactful solutions, validated through metrics, to ensure success.
